Delivery Information


  • Once we receive the payment through our payment provider ( WIX payments ), we will begin the first stage of our delivery process.

  • Product is carefully examined/tested for any defects prior to dispatch.

  • Next, its packed into appropriate packaging to avoid damages during transit.

  • Often, we pack product along with the customer Invoice. In case, if customer don't want us to include the invoice, please send us email to " " or Chat with Us using the option on the website prior to us sending Dispatch confirmation email. We will do our best to make sure to avoid sending out Invoices when not required especially if this is a birthday Gift, Surprise Gift.


  • We have access to many courier services in UK to deliver our packages. Currently, we are sending parcels using Yodel / Royal Mail. If you would like an alternative service due to personal issues, please email us on " " or Chat with Us using the option on the website prior to us sending Dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Charges:

  • Prices in the range of £1.55 to £4.50 ( tracked /non tracked).

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery can be expected between 2-4 days working days once the parcel is dispatched. Please contact us if you have not received your parcel after 7 working days. 

  • We aim to deliver orders within the delivery timescales specified by third party Courier company Yodel but these are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and customer informed.

Tracking Details:

  • Every Parcel carries a unique Tracking number which will be sent to Customers Dispatch confirmation email address that was provided during check out to follow your orders progress. Customers can track the parcel after 24 hours once its dispatched. To stay up to date, customers can provide their mobile # which will be used to send Delivery updates by Yodel. 

  • If you believe your parcel is lost, please email us on " nomibhaii@ " and we will assist with tracing the parcel.

Damages during transit:

  • If you receive your parcel in damaged state, it is important that you contact us via email to " nomibhaii@ " within 48 hours or else there will be delays in processing the claims.
